Our Managing Director, Jono Nicholas, was a guest on the Nightlife program on ABC Radio discussing the psychological impact of the Covid-19 crisis. The interview provides insights into what happens in the brain when we are stressed/afraid, developing routines and structure in our day at this challenging time and why the government might taking the course of action it has chosen.
