EY Oceania employ over 8,000 people across six countries. They provide professional services in tax; assurance; advisory; and strategy and transactions.

Our work with them

Jono Nicholas, our founder and Managing Director, has worked as a special advisor to EY since February, 2019. This involves supporting the EY Executive team, and the organisation's Partner group, with any issues related to mental health, wellbeing and psychology. It also entails, where necessary, providing specialist support on EY client projects.

Impact

Jono played a central role in EY's response to the COVID-19 crisis in early 2020, advising the Executive team and Partner group about the psychological impact of the pandemic on EY's people and supporting their response to a very challenging situation.
