Culture code
Advance your team’s connection, alignment and performance by working with the Wellbeing Outfit to develop your team’s culture code.
A well-designed culture code not only sets the standards for behaviour but also contributes to a resilient team, enhancing the overall wellbeing and performance of the team.
At the end of the process your team will have a one-page document that outlines the behaviours that matter to the team. Here is an example of our team culture code.
Our Culture Code
Our Process
1. Draft the Culture Code
Wellbeing Outfit will facilitate a 2–3-hour workshop for your team. This can be in person or virtual. The session will identify the ideal state, challenges and generate up to 5 statements for optimal team performance. The team will then articulate the behaviours that underpin each statement. Following the workshop Wellbeing Outfit will prepare the first draft of the culture code.
2. Consolidate the code
A smaller group selected from within the team, will oversee the final development of the code, refining the draft from the workshop. They will stress test the code with real life examples and ensure the language is clear and universal. Wellbeing Outfit can provide support for the committee.
3. Approve the Code
Once the committee are satisfied with the code, the full team can review and suggest final changes before it is ready for implementation. Wellbeing Outfit can lead a review session, or you can opt to do it independently if preferred.
