Who they are

Stockland is one of the largest diversified property groups in Australia. They own, develop and manage a large portfolio of retail town centres, workplace and logistics assets, residential communities and retirement living villages.

Our work with them

Stockland were one our first clients at the Wellbeing Outfit and we're proud to have partnered with them for a number of years. Initially, we supported Stockland's employee Wellbeing program through the delivery of workshops targeted at all levels of the organisation. This expanded in 2020 to the facilitation of be-spoke seminars to support Stockland through the COVID-19 pandemic, and through projects to support the mental health and wellbeing of particular divisions of the organisation.

 Impact

The feedback on the initial workshops was very positive and led to plans for a roll out across the entire organisation. We continue to support Stockland to meet the organisation's goal to evolve how it supports the mental health and wellbeing of its people.
