Mindset: Taking charge in uncertain times
Challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but it's the mindset we bring to these, whether positive or negative, that makes all the difference to how we think, feel and perform in all areas of our life.
The past 2+ years have been characterised by uncertainty and disruption, driven by events beyond our control, lived by rules designed by others to help keep us safe. With limited or no opportunity to step off this treadmill, to reflect or to plan ahead, we're left feeling exhausted and unclear on our direction.
As we emerge from this experience, it's no wonder many of us are now asking:
Who are we now if we're not in crisis?
This really is a question for our times, and a big part of the answer comes down to mindset. As we embark on renewal, now is the time for us to take control of our story, and create a mindset that enables us to thrive at work and in our personal life, despite the ongoing uncertainty and disruption.
Drawing on the work of Angela Duckworth and Jim Collins, neuroscience, and psychological theories, the Wellbeing Outfit’s Personal Architect program gives you the tools to optimise your mindset, maintain your wellbeing, and to operate at your best.
