DEDICATION TO TRANSFORMATION
With over two decades of leadership experience, Sabrina has worked at the intersection of HR, operations, and organisational strategy across sectors including healthcare, mental health, disability, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), education, early chilchood education and international community development. She has supported organisations navigate complexity, strengthen capability, and embed sustainable practices that drive long-term impact.
GLOBAL LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
As former Chief Strategy Officer at Mission Neighborhood Health Center in San Francisco, Sabrina oversaw strategic plan execution, business development, and cross-sector partnerships for one of the city’s leading multi-site community health organisations. Her portfolio also included driving diversity and inclusion, organisational development and human resource management, equipping her with a holistic lens on system-wide transformation and workforce capability.
As Regional Human Resources Manager for the LAC region at Oxfam GB, Sabrina was responsible for the design and delivery of the HR strategic plan aligned to the Organisation's Strategy. In addition, she oversaw workforce planning and development, talent management and succession planning and responded to the needs of team members who were the frontline of humanitarian responses.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
Sabrina holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Macquarie University.
