Masterclasses

We offer masterclasses and training across the three core areas of mental health and wellbeing; culture change and leadership development; and high performance.

Delivered by our specialist facilitators with expertise in wellbeing, high performance, psychology and behavioural change, our evidence-based content is thought-provoking and challenging for participants.

All of our masterclasses are:

  • two hours in length

  • delivered either online or face-to-face

  • interactive, beginning with the delivery of expert-led content, followed by breakout group discussion, and self-reflection time around the personal application of what has been discussed.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

Jono is one of Australia’s leading mental health experts. He is a passionate advocate for harnessing emerging technologies to deliver better mental health and wellbeing services. Jono also holds the position of Chief Mental Health Advisor for EY Oceania.

Allie Rosen

Senior Facilitator & Coach

Allie is an experienced facilitator and certified coach who has worked with individuals and teams from all walks of life. She is dedicated to empowering individuals and groups to do powerful things and own the impact they make.

Kevin Clancy

Kevin is a high-performance psychology consultant with experience in a variety of settings in Ireland, the UK, Kenya, USA, New Zealand, the Middle East. He has a passion for helping people, teams, and organisations to become the best version of themselves.

Carolyn Morey

Head of Operations

Carolyn’s career in public and mental health spans both Australia and Europe. Carolyn led an Irish research team for the European Child and Adolescent Self Harm in Europe (CASE) Study, one of the largest ever Irish mental health studies ever completed. She holds a Masters in Public Health.

Judith Parke

Managing Director, UK

Judith is a seasoned executive leader, public speaker and facilitator. She has a Masters in Psychology and English, a Diploma in Positive Psychology, and is a qualified WorkPlace Mediator.
