Evidence-based grounding with a program developed using the latest in cognitive and wellbeing research.

Memory as a source of motivation as research shows that the first and the last thing you do will impact how memory is embedded.

Revitalising the conclusion and commencement of the year because many teams finish the year feeling exhausted after racing to the end, and then think of the holiday break as a way to “recover” from work. Many teams return to work at the beginning of the new year without a plan of how to be at their best and build on the lessons learned the year prior.

An effective precursor to end-of-year social team gatherings.
